Ronny Olovsson

Ronny is one of four partners at the communication bureau Vinter based in Luleå, Sweden. He grew up in Råne älvdal, where his summerhouse is situated, and in Luleå, Norrbotten. His strongest nature experience as a child was when a family of great grey owls bred nearby the summerhouse. “These are large, fearless birds that fly completely soundless,” he says.
Ronny is an inveterate user of outdoor gear, probably spending half of his salary at Hägglunds, an adventure specialist in Luleå – a stone’s throw away from his office. He gave up blogging in 2006 saying, “One should be the first at something.” In addition, he keeps checking off the top 100 list of things to do before you die; bungy jumping, parachuting with free fall, and paternity leave with the son and so on.
