As a destination management company, we strive to offer you the best our surroundings, summer and winter. Get inspired by combining your conference with a whale safari, experiencing the midnight sun and exploring the mountain scenery in Swedish Lapland and northern Norway.
We can take you up to the top of Kebnekaise and the surrounding mountain area. Or why not visit the magical Lofoten as see the whales gather at Andenes? Meetings in winter
Combine your visit to ICEHOTEL with activities, staying in the wilderness or skiing in the Swedish fjelds. We will select the best ICEHOTEL, Swedish Lapland and northern Norway has to offer. Experience the northern lights from the seat of a snowmobile or behind a dog-sled, stay overnight in a wilderness camp after spending the night at ICEHOTEL, a place where new ideas are born.
Combine you conference with skiing at the close-by mountain area or come in the fall when the orcas gather along the shores of northern Norway. We can tailor-make your conference according to all your wishes. ICEHOTEL and Swedish Lapland is truly a place which no-one leaves uninspired or untouched.

ICEHOTEL has everything a modern conference requires. Conference halls, presentation equipment and high standard technique. What is not presently available will be ordered from nearest supplier on your request.
ICEHOTEL offers excellent conference rooms for up to 100 guests. Through collaboration we can also recommend premises available for larger groups.
We will select the premises depending on your wishes. Everything from a comfortable mountain cabin to a conference hall seating 1 500 guests, or premises in the LKAB Mine Visitor Centre 540 metres below ground, is possible.

“I work with planning and sales of larger events for groups, conferences and incentives. These account for about 20% of our business at ICEHOTEL. Arrangements are always specially adapted, exclusive and unique for each client. The size of the groups varies from 2 to 800 guests.
