Booking & Payment terms – Conference

Conference at Icehotel

Definition: Booked conference room / room and / or accommodation and / or dinner arrangement.

The following terms and conditions apply when you make a tailor-made/group reservation with Icehotel. Groups are defined as minimum 10 persons staying at Icehotel.

Note: Your price quote is valid for 14 days, please note no rooms are reserved for your group until the booking is confirmed. Upon confirming the proposal, you sign this contract, and return to Icehotel by email within 24 hours. You are confirming that you have taken part of the itinerary, price, the booking conditions in this document. For special arrangements outside the scope of general booking conditions, a written agreement signed by both parties’ special agreements is required.

 


 

Payment Terms
  • 25% non-refundable deposit received by Icehotel within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
     
  • Remaining order amount received by Icehotel latest 30 days before arrival.
     
  • Additional costs arising from supplements, changes etc. Will be paid at checkout or can be invoiced and paid 30 days after departure.

The deposit is non-refundable and applies to the arrangements and number of confirmed participants at the time of making the reservation, regardless if the number of participants may be reduced at a later point once the booking has been confirmed by you.

  • Up to 31 days before arrival: 25% of the order amount
     
  • 0-30 days before arrival: 100% of the order amount
