Welcome to In Orbit - ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL Jukkasjärvi, where we want to invite you to a journey through space.

This unique bar, crafted entirely from ice and snow, is inspired by an astronaut's trip from Earth to the International Space Station and beyond. Here you become the astronaut, following the mission's timline and experiencing the wonder of space travel. Each area of the bar highlights a different part of the journey - from the launch to the stunning view of Earth from orbit, and finally the approach to the ISS. Put your space suit on, say goodbye to gravity, and let the vastness of space become a memorable part of your visit.

PINPIN Studio consist of MFA Child Culture designers Karl-Johan Ekeroth and Christian Strömqvist, who have been working together since they graduated from HDK at the University of Gothenburg. The duo has collaborated in many art and design projects with playfulness and the user experience as central parts of their work. Through the years they have done a lot of projects in ice and snow, including suites for ICEHOTEL, ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL Stockholm, as well as the annual winter playground in Kiruna.
